I can tell you from testing it though that it is no where near as intensive as Pack Attack is. In terms of script usage I'm far from knowledgeable about the inner workings of mods, I'm still fairly new to it. I don't use those myself as the base version is more realistic. There is an increased detection range module as well but the author warns that you use it at your own risk as it can cause issues with hostile NPC's aggroing other groups of NPC's like Ghouls from quite far away. That's not to say it instantly swarms you but if you stealth kill someone outside you can see how the AI reacts and starts to search and those search times are extensive if it's a larger group.

You might want to give it a test run first as the AI does go into full search mode as soon as you kill someone in the earlier levels.
